The bathroom felt like an afterthought with poorly done installations!!! The carpet was unclean and the wifi connection was inadequate, making streaming impossible!!! A properly functioning toilet should be a basic standard!!!

I was in the area for a short visit to explore the beautiful attractions around Balloch, particularly the Loch Lomond Bird of Prey Centre which is a short walk away.
